Refund and return policy

Pho Cong is committed to delivering customers 100% new products, in the best condition, fully sealed and exactly as ordered. Returns and refunds will be considered under these circumstances:

  • Product is defective, incorrect type, or missing items compared to the order.
  • Product is expired.
  • Product is damaged.

Return period: Within 10 days.

1. Regulations on notification and sending returned products

  • Return notification time: Within 24 hours from receipt for defective or damaged products.
  • Return shipping time: Within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Order confirmation, VAT invoice (if applicable).
  • Product must be undamaged: no scratches, cracks, moisture, chemical stains, or repair interference.
  • Product shows no usage signs (in case of incorrect delivery).
