I was incredibly impressed with this place. The place was busy (which makes sense because the food is so good) and yet the service was great. I had the spicy beef soup and it was just outstanding. The flavors, the portion size, the tenderness of the beef were all fantastic. My wife and I are New Yorkers who live in Mandeville and we feel this place would do well anywhere in the US, and stand up against any of the top noodle houses we’ve frequented in NYC. There should be no hesitation when going to this place. Go fast and go often.

The service was decent. The place is clean and simple (not date night vibes). I started by ordering the Vietnamese pork egg rolls. Let me tell you, they almost ruined my entire experience. They had a putrid smell and I spit out the bites I took. Terrible is an understatement. Also overcooked. But…the spicy lemongrass beef pho was very good. The tofu and mystery meat in it wasn’t very good.

Easily the best Pho I’ve ever had. The service was fast and extremely friendly. Big portions and competitively priced. Will absolutely be back again.

DELICIOUS pho, I order the chicken pho which comes with a side of sprouts, chicken, and cilantro and it was soooo delicious, a great food to eat if you’re sick or just in need of some good soul food. 10/10 recommend, delicious food.

Best Pho on the Northshore! You won’t be disappointed with anything you get, but P15 House Spicy Beef pho is the best comfort food I’ve ever eaten!

Authentic! I grew up in Southern California near Garden Grove which has the largest Vietnamese community outside of Viet Nam. So I know good Pho! This is the real deal! I’ll be back!

Visited Pho Cong for the first time today and was amazed at how busy they were. This place seems to be a lunch hot spot. And I can see why, hands down the best pho I have ever had. The fried egg rolls were also very good. Service was fast and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Always great pho. We come here often for lunch. Brisket pho is my go to. Add veggies.

I used to travel to New Orleans to get pho but after having a bad experience at the restaurant I liked I was in search of a new place. One day my sister and mom took me here. The dinning area is a bit small but the staff is consistently friendly and professional. I later found out the chef from my old spot moved to this location. Which made sense because the food wasn’t the same at the old spot. I’m home now at Pho Cong. It tastes just as i remembered it when I lived in New Orleans. I order the same thing every time and it’s perfect every time. Seafood Pho and Vietnamese egg rolls. The main difference i find about their pho compared to other places i’ve had is their broth. It’s light, delicious flavor that makes you want to drink the left over juices after you finish eating lol. I can also appreciate the fresh veggies which are delectable. Hands down this place is number one for pho for me.

This spot came highly recommended by a fellow Pho enthusiast. I came in on a Saturday afternoon, place was buzzing and I was served relatively fast. I went for the house spicy beef soup aka P15 and I was not disappointed. The marriage of the spices and the tender beef made for a highly satisfying meal. My only regret is that I didn’t order the larger option.

Just had a lemongrass beef bahn mi and it was the best bahn mi I have had on the northshore. Staff were very kind and quick to assist. Pho Cong has seemed to make its mark on the local community as a favored spot in a cozy location.
