The Story of Pho Cong

Pho Cong was born from the passion of Chef Cong, who grew up in a family where cooking had been passed down for generations. The family’s recipes became the foundation for bringing the flavors of Vietnam all the way to America.

At first, Pho Cong was known for its rich, flavorful bowls of beef pho. But the menu didn’t stop there. Guests can also enjoy other beloved Vietnamese dishes like gio cha (pork sausage), grilled beef, banh mi sandwiches, vermicelli noodles with grilled pork, and roasted chicken. Each dish is carefully prepared, blending traditional recipes with Chef Cong’s own creativity.

Today, Pho Cong is more than just a place to enjoy a comforting bowl of pho. It’s a restaurant where locals and visitors alike can experience the full taste of Vietnam — from hearty family meals to iconic street food favorites.
