1. Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Our delivery team will carefully inspect all orders to ensure top quality before handing them over to customers. Every product is securely packaged prior to shipping, and a warranty card is included for applicable items. In case of defective orders, our staff will pick up the product for warranty service as per our policy.

2. Delivery Terms.

  • Delivery time is agreed upon during contract confirmation. For orders completed ahead of schedule, we will notify customers and arrange for expedited delivery upon request.
  • Urgent orders will be prioritized for fast shipping to guarantee on-time arrival.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as adverse weather, traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or export issues.

3. Delivery Timeframe.

  • For Covington area and nearby regions: Delivery within 1–2 days after order completion notification.
  • For other states: Delivery within 02–07 days depending on location and shipping method selected by the customer.

4. Receipt Policy.

  • If delivery service is arranged by us, we are responsible for products and risks such as loss or damage during transit. Please check your order upon receipt. In case of damage, scratches, breakage, or incorrect items, confirm status with our delivery staff and notify our Customer Service team via Hotline:  (985) - 893 - 3389
  • Once customers sign to confirm without remarks or notes regarding condition, we cannot process return or exchange requests for damage, scratches, breakage, or wrong items afterward.
  • If customers choose their own shipping service, they will be responsible for goods and all risks—including loss or damage—from our restaurant to their location. Shipping fees and related losses are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping Fee.

Shipping fees are determined by mutual agreement between our restaurant and customers.
